Arla's Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP) is designed to identify, assess and accelerate the development of our top talents at different levels in the organisation. Last summer, 44 TAP participants finished the one-year programme, which consists of three development modules and a group-based global business project.

The TAP is a springboard for personal and professional career development, and one great outcome for the participants is that they become aware of their strengths and weaknesses and how they are able to use that to improve and develop their leadership skills in their future career.
Throughout the programme, the participants have rich opportunities for self-reflection, coaching, feedback, and sparring regarding career paths.
In Autumn, 57 new TAP participants kicked off their talent journey at the first of the programme's three modules – more to follow.
