- Ensuring hygienic production processes and machinery
- Ensuring the correct storage temperature
- Requiring raw material suppliers to handle raw materials correctly
- Ensuring that our employees comply with hygiene regulations, i.e. by:
- Changing clothes on a daily basis
- Complying with hand-washing procedures
- Requiring hairnets and beard covers to be worn
- Dividing production up into hygiene zones
- Ensuring that systematic cleaning processes are in place, both for manual and automatic cleaning, otherwise known as CIP (Cleaning in Place)
- Ensuring that a pest control programme is in operation - professional supervision, checks of doors and windows
