Ingredients
Mozzarella Stuffed Meat Balls
- 3 cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 pc Onion
- 2 pcs White bread
- 1/4 cup Arla UHT Full Cream Milk
- 300 grams Ground beef
- 1 tsp Rock salt
- 1 Egg
- 12 pcs Arla Mozzarella chunk, cut into cubes
Macaroni and Cheese Sauce
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 pc Onion
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 cups Arla Whipping Cream, 36% or Arla Pro High Stability Whipping Cream, 35%
- 1 cup Beef broth ( 1 cup water + 1 pc beef cube)
- 100 grams Arla Cheddar Chunk
- 100 grams Arla Mozzarella Cheese
- 200 grams Macaroni, uncooked weight ( cook for 8 min only )
- 50 grams Arla Cheddar Chunk
- 50 grams Arla Mozzarella Cheese
- Parsley for garnish
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients for meatballs except for the Mozzarella. Make 12 balls.
- Insert each piece of Mozzarella cube in the ball.
- Pour the oil in a skillet, sear the meatball on both sides just until it browns. Set aside.
- In the same oil, sauté onions , add mustard , paprika and broth. Let this simmer.
- Add the Arla Whipping cream, cheddar and Mozzarella. Simmer and adjust taste.
- In an 8x8 dish, layer half of the cooked macaroni with the sauce.
- Add another half and the remaining sauce.
- Top with 50 grams Arla Cheddar and Mozzarella.
- Put the meatballs on top and bake at 350F for 30 min.
