Ingredients
- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup Arla Unsalted Butter + 2 tbsp.
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup Arla UHT Full Cream Milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- 250g cooked linguini
- 1/4 cup Arla Whipping Cream
- 1/2 cup Arla Natural Mozzarella Shredded
Preparation
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- In a pot over medium heat, add 1/4 cup butter Arla Unsalted Butter and heat until melted.
- Cook the shrimp in the butter until fully cooked, about 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
- Add the minced garlic to the butter left in the pan and cook until the garlic has softened but is not browned.
- In the same pot, add Arla UHT Full Cream Milk and water and stir until combined.
- Season liquid with Italian seasoning and salt to taste.
- Bring the liquid up to a boil and stir frequently.
- Add the Arla Whipping Cream, Arla Natural Mozzarella Shredded, and the remaining two tablespoons of Arla Unsalted Butter,
- Stir until all the ingredients are combined and the cheese is fully melted. (If needed, adjust the pasta with pasta water)
- Add cooked linguine and transfer to a serving plate and top with the cooked shrimp.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
