Ingredients
- Porkloin - 8 slices (pounded into 1/4 inch thick piece)
- ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese - 1/2 inch
- Flour - 1 cup
- Egg - 2 pieces
- Bread Crumbs - 3 cups
- Salt & Pepper - To taste
- Cooking Oil (for deep frying)
- Ketchup - 1/4 cup
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon (Alternatively, use Japanese Soy Sauce)
- Gochujang - 1 tablespoon
- Herbs - As garnish
- Togarashi - As garnish
Procedure
- Gently pound pork loin into an almost paper thin size.
- Slice a piece of ARLA PRO Mozzarella Cheese and wrap with your pounded pork loin.
- Wrap in plastic and place it on a chiller for an hour.
- Remove the plastic and season with salt and pepper.
- Dredge in flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Repeat dredging to double the coat of your breading.
- Fry in a 300-320°F oil until the coat is golden.
- Mix ketchup, japanese soy sauce, gochujang, and a pinch of salt & pepper as sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the pork cutlet.
- Garnish with herbs and togarashi spice.
