Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten
pinch salt and pepper
3/4 cup | 175 mL
cream
1 tbsp | 15 mL
seafood sauce
1 single-crust pastry for a 9-inch pie or 16 mini tart shells
4 green onions, chopped
8 medium sized cooked shrimp, tails removed and cut into thirds
1 package | 200 g
Arla® Havarti Cheese, Roasted Garlic, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
Beat eggs, salt, pepper, cream and seafood sauce in a medium bowl until smooth. Evenly sprinkle green onions, shrimp and Havarti Cheese into pie crust or tart shells. Carefully and slowly pour egg mixture on top of fillings. Bake for 40 minutes or until tops puff up and brown. (If using mini tart shells, reduce baking time by 10 minutes)
