Serrano Ham and Arla® Havarti Quesadiillas

As easy as one-two-three ingredient quesadilla!

Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas 


1/2 lb | 227 g
finely sliced Serrano Ham 
(or any other air cured ham like Westfalian or Prosciutto) 


1 cup | 250 mL
Arla® Havarti Cheese, grated 


Your favourite dip ~ we used a Red Pepper Dip

 

Directions

Divide the ham and Havarti evenly among the 4 tortillas. Fold the tortillas in half. Brush with olive oil and place in a medium skillet and toast until brown on both sides. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Slice and serve immediately.
