A broad perspective

Who you are

Who you are

The F15® programme challenges you as a high-performing graduate and requires a well-balanced mixture of professional skills, personality and motivation.

What makes an F15® Graduate?

It is imperative that you are a university graduate with either a Bachelor or a Master degree from any educational background which you finished no longer than two years ago. You should have previous work experience from either a fulltime or student job, internships or volunteer work. Furthermore, you are to some extent globally mobile, have the commitment to make a difference in a diverse environment; being a fast mover with a strong personality, a keen interest to deliver results and a good understanding of current business- and market trends. Additionally, you like to challenge the status quo, have a desire to drive change and an ambition and hunger to grow. Fluency in English as well as international experience are imperative criterias to join the programme.

An ambitious explorer with leadership potential

Your personal character and aspiration are vital to Arla. You are a confident and focused, yet curious and open-minded person who is able to see things in a broader perspective. You learn fast and you are not afraid of asking questions. You are ambitious and ‘ambition’ not only concerns your own performance but also to enable others to succeed. You strive to deliver results independently but also enjoy the synergies of teamwork. You are a self-aware individual, who can collaborate and build strong and lasting relationships.

Your motivation is key

Thinking about joining the F15® programme, you want to learn and to contribute at the same time and you are eager to put your knowledge into action. You want to work abroad during the graduate programme and to pursue a career in a global, farmer-owned FMCG company in the long run. You are eager to possess a future key role in the organisation and you aspire a leadership position.
